Charge controller Introduction:
1. Compatible chargeable battery voltage is24V/36V/48V/60V/72V ,or if your battery is not such voltage, you can configure the battery charging voltage as your wish.(User setting by the inner switch button)
2. Built-in child lock safety switch, when the switch is locked, the external battery parameters can not be configured anymore, to prevent any charging error caused by mis-operation, when child lock switch is ON, it does not affect the digital display and voltage check.
3. With high performance MCU design, four LED digital, can display the solar panel charging voltage, the charging current and battery voltage.
4. Improved charging program, can always get the maximum powerpoint of the sunlight, regardless of the sunlight is strong or weak.

User Guidance for this charge controller:
1. Please determine the charging cable length first, the cable length should be as short as possible to minimize the electrical loss during the charging;
2. Please connect the solar panel, and make sure not to connect it into the opposite polarity. The LED indicator "solar panel" on this charge controller will be ON if it is connected properly. The solar panel must be placed outdoor completely;
3. Please connect the battery, and make sure not to connect it into the opposite polarity. The solar panel charging current will be ON if the battery is connected properly.
4. If the e-bike battery voltage is 60V, 72V, it is suggested that to use a solar panel with open circuit voltage over 30V, to get the higher charging efficiency.
Buttons Introduction:
1. The LED display button normal display the voltage and current of the solar panel and the battery voltage alternately for three seconds interval.
"P+ " means the current voltage of the solar panel;
"C+ " means the current charging current of the solar panel;
"B+" means the current battery voltage;
2, Quick press the "SET" button, to switch ON or OFF the LED display;
3, Long press the "SET" button for 5seconds, the display will show the battery rated voltage, if the result is a value starts with a "F", it means the battery full charge voltage that you have configured.
4, Long press the "SET" button for 10seconds, the green indicator will be OFF, and the value of the display will blink, it means you have entered the voltage configuration mode for the battery, now please release the button, and every time you press the button, the display value will show a number. The second and third digital display will show the according number under the mode, please choose the voltage you need, and long press the button for 10seconds. When the display has four digital blink, and the green indicator is ON, it means the configuration is stored.
To customize the charging voltage, please enter into "SELF" mode, when the "SELF" blinks, long press the "SET" button for 5seconds, everytime you press the button, it will show the according number under this mode. If you long press it, the numbers will change quickly, after you get the right voltage, the configuration can be stored automatically.
Configuration Example:
(1) Our charge controller default voltage is 48V, and if you need to change it into 60V. Now please long press the "SET" button for 10seconds, the green indicator becomes OFF, the display will blink, release the button, and gently press the button to choose the voltage, until you see it shows 60. And then press the button for 10seconds again, the green indicator will be ON, four digital display will blink, means the configuration is successfully done.
(2) To customize the charging voltage for lithium batteries, or lithium iron phosphate battery, because these batteries have a different full charge battery voltage, you need to configure the "SELF". Take 59V as an example: Press the "SET" for 10seconds, the green indicator becomes OFF, the display will blink, release the button, and gently press the button to choose the voltage until you see "SELF". Then press the "SET" button for 5seconds, the display will show a number that starts with a letter "F", blinking. (Letter"F" means "full charge") Release the button, and adjust the voltage by pressing it until you get the right voltage. Release the button, and then leave it blinking for 10seconds, the configuration will be stored automatically.
